Training schedule

The 16 Weeks training schedule for a full marathon that I ripped off from the net.
Week 8 onwards would be >21km training runs with the guys in october. #die

Seriously regretted signing up but I really want strike it off my bucket list. Arghhhhhhhh!!
Dilemma dilemma!

Com 'on, com'on girl, I can do this!
Hope my joints don't fall apart by then. X__X Need to start taking glucosamine supplements.
